The City of Iowa City is a tremendous partner to Summer of the Arts (SotA) donating $50,000 to the organization for this year and the next 2 years. This huge impact on the SotA budget helps SotA hire local musicians and attract not only area residents, but people from all over to our wonderful city. Thank you!
The Sheraton is a long time partner of both The Iowa Arts Festival and The Iowa City Jazz Festival providing excellent rates on festival weekends and donating rooms to some of our biggest acts. Now with the addition of hotelVetro there are even more reasons to stay right in downtown Iowa City!
Integrated DNA Technologies is a leading bio-technologies company who makes thier home in Coralville. With thier sucess and growth over the years IDT wanted to give back to the community that they love. Over the course of 5 years IDT will donate $75,000 to Summer of the Arts helping to keep these events free and the quality high!
Celebrating 25 years in Iowa City, Toyota-Scion of Iowa City stepped up in 2006 as the presenting sponsor of The Iowa City Jazz Festival with a gift of $25,000. The Toyota-Scion of Iowa City Jazz Festival may have a new name, but the spirit is still the same spirit that inspired Toyota-Scion of Iowa City to support this great home-grown event with national acclaim.
The Iowa City Press-Citizen has been involved with the Friday Night Concert Series since it began in 1991 and continues thier support through a combination of financial support and in-kind advertising as the presenting sponsor of The Friday Night Concert Series.
KXIC Radio 80 and 100.5 The Fox Classic Hits are main stage sponsors of the entire Summer of the Arts giving you everything from up to date rain cancellations (cross your fingers!) and in depth interviews with talent and the people behind the scenes. Shauna Morgan said at The Toyota-Scion of Iowa City Jazz Festival "Come'on! These events are free and fun! We're happy to support this event in our community!"
M.C. Ginsberg Jewlers is not only a great store in downtown Iowa City, but a place where many great ideas are born. Mark Ginsberg, owner of M.C. Ginsberg is a local visionary and idea machine where great ideas like The Iowa City Jazz Festival and The Saturday Night Free Movies Series got their inspiration. M.C. Ginsberg continues their committment to our community as the co-presenting sponsor of the Saturday Night Free Movie Series along with the Downtown Association of Iowa City.

The Gazette and their television affiliate KCRG continue thier long commitment to quality community events as the Main Stage media sponsor of The Iowa City Jazz Festival. The Gazette is a great local paper with a strong sense of community!
The Iowa Arts Festival and Summer of the Arts welcome KWWL as a Main Stage Sponsor for Summer of the Arts and the presenting media sponsor of The Iowa Arts Festival. We would like to thank KWWL for helping get the word out to other parts of Iowa about the Iowa Arts Festival, as well as the Friday Night Concert Series, and The Saturday Night Free Movie Series.

A natural partner for The Iowa City Jazz Festival, KCCK is truly Iowa's Jazz Station broadcasting live from behind the main stage of the festival. In addition to great programming the festival is also lucky to have Dennis Green emcee the main stage. We appreciate the quality programming of this station and their committment to all things jazz!

The owner of Goodfellow Printing Bob Goodfellow is the behind the scenes organizing force that helps to make The Iowa Arts Festival the gem that is. Goodfellow Printing has been donating services, expert advice, and innumerable staff hours to the festival since it's humble beginnings! In 2006, Goodfellow Printing's vast contributions were recognized as they became the presenting sponsor of the Iowa Arts Festival. Goodfellow Printing really understands the union of the four entities that make up Summer of the Arts and Bob Goodfellow played a key role in bringing these events to the same table.

Knutson Construction wanted to help Summer of the Arts put their best foot forward in our first year and thankfully donated $10,000 to the printing of our gorgeous 42 page, glossy, full color program. Knutson knew how much their employees enjoy our programming and wanted to do something to show that Knutson believes in this kind of community programming. Thank you to everyone at Knutson Construction for making it possible for us to have such a fabulous guide to our summer events.

As a main stage sponsor for Summer of the Arts, MidAmerican Energy continues their long tradition of support of The Iowa Arts Festival and The Iowa City Jazz Festival with a cash donation and the offer to help us with our power supply for the festivals.
You know that great t-shirt you bought at the Jazz Festival? Or that button? Or that hat that kept you cool under the summer sun at the Arts Festival? Well thanks to:
for supplying the funds needed to print up these fundraising and promotional items. Summer of the Arts and Rockwell Collins share a common goal in wanting to attract diverse people to our great area and we thank you for helping us to deliver quality diverse programming to our community and beyond!

Squished any bugs lately? That's just one of the clever ways that the folks at Impulse Media get you to interact with their touch screen billboard in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel in Iowa City. This giant screen has a virtual interative program where one can squish little googley-eyed bugs, but more imporantly get vital information about area businesses and visit the Summer of the Arts programming. Listen to an Mp3 or just browse the screen. Summer of the Arts is happy to partner with this interesting and innovative marketing company and thank them for being a Main Stage Sponsor!

Thankfully another safe summer under our belts and with the added insurance that the presence of Mercy Hospital at our festivals gave us. Need a band-aid or sunscreen? Curious about this execellent local hospital? Or just need to get out of the sun for a few minutes? Stop in the Mercy Iowa City tent and rest assured that your health is cared for. Mercy stepped forward this year to run our much needed First Aid tent. These qualified and caring volunteers from Mercy set us all at ease. Thank you for being a main stage sponsor for Summer of the Arts!
